Returns
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States.
How to start a return
- Email support@norfield.store with your Stripe order reference, the SKU, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for a return authorization. Do not ship a generator until you have that authorization.
- Send the item to the return address below. Use enough packaging for freight equipment.
Who pays return shipping
You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged in transit (documented on the delivery receipt or with photos sent within 48 hours of delivery). We do not provide a prepaid label except in those cases.
Condition
- Unused and complete, including original packaging and literature: no restocking fee.
- Fuel added, exhaust staining, missing literature or accessories, or Ready Kit oil that has been opened: not eligible for return.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds go to the original Stripe payment method within 5 business days. Return transit to Fishers is typically 2–5 business days for generators and 2–4 business days for accessories. Outbound shipping is refunded only when the return is our error. See the refund policy.
