Norfield Power Co. ships from 11128 Harriston Dr, Fishers, IN 46037 to street addresses in all 50 U.S. states under one shipping zone. The same rates and transit times apply nationwide. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or outside the United States. Prices are USD. Shipping is charged at Stripe checkout and matches the rates below.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier in 1–2 business days after payment (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Transit time below starts after the carrier has the shipment.

Generators and the PS2000

Units 40 lb and over ship LTL freight, curbside, with an adult signature. Liftgate is not included. You must be able to move a 190–240 lb machine from the curb.

• United States: $0 freight on orders of $500 or more; otherwise $129. Transit 2–5 business days.

Accessories

The Ready Kit ships ground parcel.

• United States: $0 ground on accessory orders $50 and over; otherwise $12.95. Transit 2–4 business days.

Delivery and damage

Inspect freight cartons before signing. Note damage on the delivery receipt. Do not operate a unit that arrived damaged until it has been inspected. Email support@norfield.store with photos and your Stripe receipt.
